Shipping policy

Orders will ship between 1 and 3 days after purchase unless otherwise noted in the product description. If there are any delays, we will notify you immediately. We offer expedited 2 day shipping for extra $65. Please send an email to info@woolandloom.com if you require overnight shipping.

Shipping Fees

• United States and Canada: shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. We offer some free shipping also.
• All other countries: We offer worldwide shipping for a flat rate of $200. Small rugs may ship for less. You may wish to contact info@woolandloom.com to see if there is a less expensive shipping option. 

In the rare event that we are unable to ship your item internationally due to cost, risk of damage, or export laws, we will notify you immediately and a refund will be issued.
